We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item(s) is delivered to your doorstep.
Shipping categories:
- Standard Shipping (within Bangladesh): within 2-5 days inside Dhaka Metropolitan, within 5-10 days outside Dhaka (Delivery time may vary according to government policies, weather calamities, unforeseen circumstances).
- Express Shipping (Dhaka city): within 24-48 hours (Dhaka Metropolitan).
Shipping cost:
- Standard shipping (within Dhaka), Estimated 2-5 business days, BDT 70/=
- Standard shipping (outside of Dhaka), Estimated 5-10 business days, BDT 100/=
- Express shipping (within Dhaka metropolitan area), 24-48 hours, 130/=
If you have already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email and you will also receive an SMS notification on your mobile. Things you need to know:
- All delivery timeframes start the day after you place your order, unless otherwise specified.
- If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, Contact us for assistance.
- If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us while the delivery man is still there.
Cash On Delivery Policy:
Inside Dhaka-
- During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
- No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
- DOUR reserves the right to change any policy any time.
Outside Dhaka-
- Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.
- No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
- Customer will get home delivery in Thana level and some cases customer has to collect from Courier point.
- DOUR reserves the right to change any policy any time.
The delivery process is not entirely under our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate action considering the circumstances.
Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods.
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
- We are experiencing higher order volume during this time.
- Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand.
- A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order.
