If you are not completely satisfied with your www.dour.store order, we offer a full refund if you inform us within 2 days of delivery. The following restrictions may apply.
- We only offer free size exchange, you cannot exchange it for a different item.
- Sale or discounted item cannot be returned or exchanged
- Inner garments such as sports bra, base layer products, under garments, head cover etc are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety reasons
- Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons
Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
- The product is in its original state.
- Apparel has the original tags attached.
