WHAT IS THE DOUR REGULAR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your  www.dour.store order, we offer a full refund if you inform us within 2 days of delivery. The following restrictions may apply. 

  • We only offer free size exchange, you cannot exchange it for a different item.
  • Sale or discounted item cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Inner garments such as sports bra, base layer products, under garments, head cover etc are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety  reasons
  • Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons

Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  • The product is in its original state.
  • Apparel has the original tags attached. 
  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
