Shipping Information

We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item(s) is delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping categories:

• Standard Shipping (within Bangladesh): within 2-5 days inside Dhaka Metropolitan, within 5-10 days outside Dhaka (Delivery time may vary according to government policies, weather calamities, unforeseen circumstances).
• Express Shipping (Dhaka city): within 24-48 hours (Dhaka Metropolitan).

Shipping cost:

• Standard shipping (within Dhaka), Estimated 2-5 business days, BDT 70/=
• Standard shipping (outside of Dhaka), Estimated 5-10 business days, BDT 100/=
• Express shipping (within Dhaka metropolitan area), 24-48 hours, 130/=

Delivery Information

If you have already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email and you will also receive an SMS notification on your mobile. Things you need to know:

• All delivery timeframes start the day after you place your order, unless otherwise specified.
• If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, Contact us for assistance.
• If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us while the delivery man is still there.

Cash On Delivery Policy:

 Inside Dhaka-

1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
2. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
3. DOUR reserves the right to change any policy any time.

 Outside Dhaka-

1. Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.
2. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
3. Customer will get home delivery in Thana level and some cases customer has to collect from Courier point.
4. DOUR reserves the right to change any policy any time.

The delivery process is not entirely under our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate action considering the circumstances.

If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time.
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand.
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order.

Shipping Information

Shipping categories:

International Shipping (outside of Bangladesh): within 7-10 business days. The duration may change depending on your location and/or any unforeseen event beyond our control.

Kindly note that, once we have shipped out the order, it can not be possible to cancel/make changes to the order.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs will vary depending on location-

• AUS: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• AR: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 40 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• CA: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 32 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• DK: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• FR: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• IT: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• JP: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• KW: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• MY: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• OM: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• QA: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• SA: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• SIN: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• US: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 32 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• UAE: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 20 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.
• UK: Free shipping for order amount greater than USD 150. A flat cost of USD 30 will be applicable if the order amount is less than USD 150.

Note: Your shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.

Custom Duty

When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called ‘Customs Duty’ that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you’ll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your countries specific regulations.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

We cannot comment on the specific duty amount that may be levied if the purchase amount crosses the values stated above. We encourage you to split the order if your purchase amount is above the duty threshold.

If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to DOUR before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
